Duties:
Greet and respond to all customers in a welcoming manner, whether in person or on the phone.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding pricing and product information via phone, email, or in-person.
Manage customer database for accuracy by keeping profiles current, performing regular updates and scheduling through management software.
Receive and post various forms of payment, issue refunds and report daily.
Maintain filing system accuracy including detailed work orders, receipt of payment, records of customer interactions, comments and corresponding information.
Perform calling campaigns for NPS score results and customer feedback and report to Management.
Schedule pickup and deliveries and provide support to the Service Department.
Skills:
Ability to stay calm under pressure Comfortable using computers and software programs Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Small-detail speed and accuracy As a Customer Service Representative, you will greet and work with our clients in the Service Department.
You will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services for their boat.
You will also handle and resolve customer complaints while ensuring that all interactions are handled professionally and with empathy.
