Summary:
The Manager of Revenue Cycle is responsible for the oversight of the company's revenue cycle as it relates to third-party payers and patient billing as well as managing the department staff, processes, and technology.
This position brings business knowledge, innovation, and insight to create distinctive value for Radiology Regional while demonstrating individual ownership and accountability for high performance.
Enforces compliance, standardized policy and procedures, as well as financial navigation, quality assurance, productivity tracking, and workforce management of both an onsite and remote team.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Ability to analyze revenue trends and provide root cause analysis Provides various statistical analyses in spreadsheet and graph form as needed Implement improvement strategies Provide overall direction of day-to-day operations of Revenue Cycle Oversight of claims management, billing, collections, insurance follow up, cash posting, bad debt write-offs, denials management, and credit/refund management Up-to-date knowledge of both state and federal billing and collecting guidelines In addition to a collaborative work environment, we offer a generous compensation package:

Associate Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, finance, or related field.
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience:
REQUIRED- Minimum of five years proven experience in health care reimbursement and management in a high-performance revenue cycle operation, meeting, or exceeding industry benchmarks Extensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, Commercial Insurance regulations and contracting, as they relate to Outpatient Radiology Electronic billing and claims editing systems and Third-party billing and collection processes Experience in automated systems and radiology specific information systems is a plus Radiology Regional is an Equal Opportunity Employer PI226495455 Recommended Skills Automation Benchmarking Billing Business Administration Cash Management Claim Processing Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
