The best candidate should have experience in home health, knowledgeable in computers and its tools.

Duties my include:
Answering phone calls and transferring them to the appropriate person, help with HR and be a team player.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment, MAC.
Ultimately, a successful Receptionist should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day work.
Responsibilities Answer and making calls HR Compliance Write and answer emails.
Maintain a good aptitude to deal with caregivers and patients.
Develop and maintain a filing system Be a team player Able to work with Microsoft tools and the company Software Skills Proven experience in the Home Care Field Knowledge of front desk duties, systems and procedures Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines Proficiency in MS Office, MAC Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task High School diploma Bilingual English, Spanish will be preferred Job Type:
