Direct all PLCA employees and independent contractors in the GM's absence.
Position requires license with the State of Florida as a Community Association Manager.
Must have excellent communication and time management skills.
Qualifications - Education:
College degree preferred.
CAM license required.
Technical Knowledge:
Must be computer proficient with expertise in word processing, spreadsheet and email programs and have a working knowledge of recent Windows software programs.
Northstar Software experience a plus.
Special Skills and/or Abilities:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations.
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Problem analysis and resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times Ability to meet US employment eligibility requirements and PLCA eligibility requirements.
Physical Demands:
This position requires extensive sitting and fine hand & finger movements for typing and filing.
Must be able to operate a motor vehicle.
Light lifting requires 0-10 lbs.
Communication:
This person must be proficient in written and oral English for business letters, memos, customer interaction, presentations, demonstrations, employee direction, etc.
Must have excellent interpersonal/communication and customer service skills - approachable, cheerful, helpful, etc.
Must be a team player.
