Job Description:
- Dispatch Security Officers and coordinate staff schedules.
- Monitor Security Officers by cameras and dispatch phone calls.
- Communicate with Officers, customers, and internal teams to ensure they are prompt to their shifts.
- Fill all open shifts when needed.
- Handle any issues or emergencies that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dispatching or a related field preferred - Proficiency in using computer software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with Officers, customers, and internal teams - Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize Officers schedules.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication standards Note:
