Being a positive and constructive leader Enjoy working with a team Check in/out and make appointments Sales and product/service knowledge Online sales management Point of sale software Tracking contests and referrals Inventory and ordering Be delighted to see every guest and team member Manage phone/text/Google appointments Develop and execute social media and text campaigns as per brand guidelines Ability to implement scripts Ability to complete pertinent online education Implement brand messages every guest, every time Attend meetings Create promotions Master expense and budget reports.
