Nature of Work This intermediate-level position provides support to the Operations Department.
Work is routine and repetitive in nature; requires accuracy and the ability to deal with a variety of situations.
Work is performed under general supervision with limited latitude.
Exercises judgment in accordance with well-defined policies and procedures.

) Receives, sorts, and distributes mail; prepares outgoing mail; receives, prioritizes, and responds to e-mails; independently composes correspondence and/or initiates responses as appropriate.
Purchasing of office supplies and other miscellaneous items for Operations.
Coordinates Operations' meetings; prepares and distributes meeting agendas and minutes.
Maintains the training calendar for Operations; updates it with all pertinent schedules including meetings, travel dates, and conferences.
Handles incoming calls with tact and courtesy.
Coordinate events for BSU - i.

quarterly safety lunches, company picnics, open houses, etc.
Drafts and issues boil water notices to customers.
Issues purchase orders and work orders as needed.
Maintains the Supervisor On Call Roster.
Reviews and closes out work orders.
Enters backflow tests completed by outside companies.
Coordinates and manages garbage/recycle pickup at all sites.
Oversees the ordering and delivering of employee uniforms.
Inform Estero and Bonita Springs Fire Departments when fire hydrants are out of service and when back in service.
Review Desktop SOPs to ensure tasks/responsibilities are up to date and performed properly.
Ensure required data gets put into electronic document management system.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge of:
Company operations, policies, and procedures.
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Operating office equipment and various computer programs and applications.
Skill In:
Providing administrative support to field employees, project managers, and senior management.
Taking initiative and responsibility for projects and tasks.
Organizing and prioritizing workload to meet multiple deadlines.
Ability to:
Follow instructions.
Pay attention to details.
Clearly communicate and understand information, both orally and in writing.
Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with both internal and external contacts.
Requirements High school diploma or GED supplemented by one or more years of clerical experience or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.
Valid Florida driver's license.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
