This is an entry level position.
The Customer Service Representative will report directly to the Office Manager and will have the following
Responsibilities:
Response to all incoming calls and walk-in patients.
Input orders into our Electronic Software.
Verify that all paperwork is completed on each order and properly filled.
Verify insurance eligibility, copayments, and deductibles information.
Coordinate and Schedule deliveries.
Verify and confirm discharge dates from Facilities (i.
e.
Hospitals, Rehab Centers, SNF, etc.
) Collect payments.
Perform other tasks as needed.
