Listing & Marketing Director is responsible for market and list all active properties (rentals, sales, and seasonal listings). Maintain Inventory and Showing Instructions for all Encompass listings. Maintain listing paperwork, disclosures, and HOA application paperwork for all Encompass listings. Provide weekly market updates to all current sellers. Create promotional material for listings. Handle post closing procedures. Schedule open houses with realtors. List all new rental and sales listings on all marketing platforms, input showing instructions onto Showing Time. Add listing onto Encompass inventory and email update to agents. Coordinate showings when necessary with tenants and outside realtors. Answer questions regarding current rental and sales listings (property details only). Verify HOA dues, membership access, outstanding fees, and other pertinent info for all listings. Contact respective HOA for sales/lease paperwork and upload to listing. Create and upload virtual tours for sales listings (Visual Tour software). Order for sale signs when requested by listing agent and inventory distribution. Update all agents on inventory changes or status updates (via email). Prepare listing agreements for all Encompass Realtors. Updating Listings as needed.
Requirements
Strong Attention to Detail; Good with names, numbers. Organized, Self-Starter and able to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities without direct supervision. Professional Speaking Etiquette (comfortable speaking w/ owners, tenants, vendors, etc.). Computer Proficiencies (MS, Excel, etc.mls, top producer,Outlook & other Microsoft programs). Quick Decision Making Skills.
