Senior Graphic Designer
PRIMARY
Responsibilities:
o Design and produce breathtaking print and digital marketing collateral for a wide variety of local and international clients
o Collaborate with creative team, internal account teams, copywriters, and clients to develop creative marketing solutions and then translate those solutions through a variety of channels
o Proactively recommend creative communications for marketing proposals
o Provide accurate design time estimates to project manager and/or sales staff for client proposals
o Adhere to quality check procedures and vendor branding guidelines on all aspects of design
o Creatively seek out new products and maintain cutting edge industry knowledge
o Create awesome websites, landing pages, email campaigns, postcards, pop-up banners
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS,
Experience:
o Four year related degree and a minimum of 5 years design experience in an in-house creative department, design firm, or agency
o Experience with motion graphics (Flash, iMovie, Adobe After Effects or Premiere) required
o Flash animation for both track able click-thru advertisements and complex end-user experiences
o Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite & Apple required
o Experience with frontend development/coding (HTML, CSS, Wordpress, Magento, Joomla, etc) a ginormous plus
o Know what psd to wp means, and be able to do it.
o Experience with SEO (On-page, PPC, off-page, etc) also a ginormous plus
o Copywriting skills would be epically helpful
o Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -big egos and drama queens need not apply
o Must work well with tight deadlines in a team environment
o Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision or direction
o Must possess a superhuman multi-tasking ability
o Ability to keep lots of secretswe work under strict NDAs and wicked levels of confidentiality
o Self-managed with meticulous attention to detail and desire for perfection
