Assistant Construction Superintendent


Duties include interpretation of plans, hiring and coordination of subcontractors, quality control, scheduling, ordering materials, interface with architects, owners, building officials.

Construction Company builds custom luxury homes on the west coast of Florida - Naples, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers. This position will report directly to the Superintendent
Must work directly and be willing to learn from and shadow the Superintendent
Experience managing and working with different personalities
Manage construction of 1-2 multi-million dollar homes at one time
Coordinate and supervise all construction activities
Direct all field personnel and subcontractors to achieve completion of projects on schedule, within budget and with the quality of workmanship that conforms to all plans and specifications
Maintain construction schedule while identifying and solving potential problems
Schedule all inspections as required and ensure proper results
Maintain positive relationship with customers, subcontractors, suppliers and other employees
Compile and ensure completion of ongoing punch-list during construction
Promote job site safety by ensuring site is clean and presentable at all times

REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
3-5 years experience in construction
Strict attention to detail
Must be organized and systematic with approach to running projects
Able to effectively communicate to direct supervisor, customers, and field personnel
Computer knowledge as required to email, create RFIs, complete daily report
Be able to work effectively and efficiently and entrusted to do the job with limited supervisionEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
