Call Center Manager
Job Purpose:
Call Center Managers make sure that all employees are routinely meeting all goals set by the organization.
The Call Center Manager will be responsible for daily activities within the call center environment that can include: managing employee breaks, quality control of calls, call productivity and creating a positive and energetic work environment.
This manager will also work closely with the leadership team to help create and implement new techniques to improve the quality of production and employee satisfaction.

Each year Ted Todd Insurance accepts a limited number of applications.
Certification and training programs are held in Bonita Springs, Delray Beach, Sarasota and Viera FL, 6 times a year.
Those with friendly, outgoing personality and the ability to multi-task are preferred.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
